My Story

It's great to meet you here - I'm Elina. Behind every passion, there's a story - here's mine.

I started out as a software developer and, step by step, moved into leadership role. Over the years I've built real products, led teams, hired and sometimes let people go, and supported colleagues at all stages of their careers.

I'm still hands-on. I code, lead, mentor and make strategic calls - so I know how things actually work in the real tech world, not just on paper. I've been in every role - individual contributor, candidate, team lead, hiring manager and mentor. I've seen what helps people grow, what gets them noticed and what quietly holds them back.

That's the experience I bring when we work together. Not abstract tips, but honest, practical support built around you, your background, your goals, and your next move. Together we'll make your direction clearer, your confidence stronger and your plan actionable.
