1. Introduction
This website and the services described on it are provided by E.M. Consulting. By using this Site, booking a session, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide career consulting and coaching services as described on this Site. Coaching offers guidance and support and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. All services and communication are conducted in English unless otherwise agreed.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Sessions are booked in advance via the contact form, Calendly, or by email.
- Invoices are issued for all services. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Packages of multiple sessions (for example, 3 or 10 sessions) require a 50% pre-payment before the first session. The remaining balance is due before the final scheduled session.
- Rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your own decisions and actions following any coaching or consulting session.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site and any materials provided during our services (including text, images, guides, templates, checklists, and other resources) are the intellectual property of E.M. Consulting or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
6. Liability
We aim to provide accurate information and professional support, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this Site or our services.
7. Third-Party Services
We use trusted providers to deliver parts of the service, including Netlify (hosting and forms) and Calendly (scheduling). Details on how personal data is processed are available in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date.
